Entrees:

All of our entrees are made to order on our outdoor charcoal grill.  Our patties are 1/3 lb. and fresh (never frozen) from the Unger Meat Company, and our Brats and Hot Dogs come from Klements (which is Wisco-speak for awesome).

Hamburger (with lettuce/tomato): $6.75

Cheeseburger (with lettuce/tomato/American cheese): $7.25

Grilled Chicken Sandwich (with lettuce/tomato): $7.25

Black bean Burger (vegetarian, but delicious enough that even the carnivores love them, served with lettuce and salsa): $7.25

Pulled BBQ Pork or Beef (varies nightly, served with purple cabbage and horseradish mayo): $7.25

Brat (decorate as you wish): $6.25

Hot Dog (at a 1/4 lb, this dog means business): $4.75

Chili Dog: $5.75

Chili Cheese Dog (don't forget to heap on the onions): $6.25

Make it a Platter:

Add your choice of coleslaw or potato salad, Kettle Chips and a pickle to any entree for only $1.75 more.

Hot Snacks:

Nachos (Chips with Gehl's melty cheese): $3.50

Chili Cheese Nachos (includes sour cream and Jalapenos): $5.50

Pretzel with Cheese: $2.50

Cold Snacks and Treats:

Cookies: $2.00

Candy (assorted variety): $2.00

Popcorn (made fresh): $2.00

The Local Ice Cream Sundae (Tetzner's Vanilla Ice Cream plus homemade berry/fruit sauce):$4.75

The Float (Root Beer or Orange): $4.00

Mt. Ashwabay does not allow any outside food or beverage on the Big Top Chautauqua Grounds or in the parking lots.

Mt. Ashwabay works hard to prevent underage drinking.  Please expect to show identification for all purchases of alcoholic beverages.  During large or particularly rowdy shows, you will asked to wear a wrist band to improve the speed of our service.
