Taste regional craft brew under the Big Tent, ride the wagons or stroll to the peak of Mt Ashwabay, and sample local cuisine with a view of Lake Superior & the Apostle Islands. Enjoy live entertainment, hammerschlagen, silent auction, and raffle.

Must be 21 to attend. BEER TASTER admission includes beer from all participating breweries, local cuisine, and entertainment. DESIGNATED FOODIES get everything but the beer.

 We'd love your help with a NEW outdoor bar for the summer. An open-air, four-sided bar would better accommodate the fast-paced service required for Big Top Chautauqua shows (think Tiki Bar, but more Up North, eh! ).
 -If you'd like to help with this project, here's some of what we'll need:
 -Materials (plywood, 2x4's, 4x4's, counter-tops, shelving, electrical systems, potable & grey water systems, roofing materials, flooring, lighting, etc.) 
 -Equipment, either donation or on-loan (refrigerators, chest freezers, ice makers) 
 -Tools, time, and elbow grease to make this project a reality!

 As always, we're in need of some supplies & equipment. Here are a few things that are high up on our list:
 -Catering Supplies (table coverings, serving dishes, warmers, etc.)
 -Ice Machine either donated or on-loan
 -Hatchets for splitting kindling 
 -Shovels, Snow Rakes, and Sno-Scoops
 -Plow Truck for clearing the parking lot
 -Snowmobiles for Ski Patrol and Hill Operations
 -Siding for the end facings of the Chalet
 -Piston Bully for snow grooming (its nice to dream BIG)
 -If you've got something to give, we'll see if we can't find a purpose for it. As a non-profit operation, we rely heavily on the creative use of limited resources, and welcome any assistance. Contact us HERE

 In addition to helping build our summer bar, we're also thinking about next winter already. Some of the projects you can help with include:
 -Rope Tow made it to our last weekend of this season, but will no longer be able to function. An entire rebuild is needed to ensure the safety of skiers & snowboarders
 -Chair Lift needs routine seasonal maintenance, as well as a new coat of paint, improvements to pole bases, and other tune-ups
 -Chalet will be undergoing improvements thanks to generous donors. Major projects needing Volunteer help to complete include re-carpeting and replacing windows
 -Outdoor projects include wood-splitting, trail clearing & improvements, and grading runs
 -Garage use could be greatly improved with the construction of a lofted office and storage space
