Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to maintain financial responsibilities, including budgeting and overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping. Facility and equipment maintenance knowledge and oversight of all aspects of ski hill operations. Ability to work closely with and delegate responsibilities with the food and beverage manager and other staff. Ability to be active and spend time outdoors. Knowledge of outdoor recreation best practices. Salary Mt. Ashwabay offers a starting salary of $55,00-65,000, with the ability to negotiate based on experience and qualifications.
