Getting People Outdoors Together

The Ashwabay Alliance, a 501(c)3 was established in 2002 to provide year-round opportunities and programs to people of all ages promoting the enjoyment of the outdoors. The Ashwabay Alliance promotes a healthy and strong community.

The Alliance wants to create opportunities for citizens to participate in, and contribute to, the outdoor culture of the region.

With Ashwabay Recreational Area as the base for activities, the Foundation has an outstanding venue for healthful recreation that enhances physical fitness.

As a family-oriented, community-based organization, the Alliance promotes high standards of fair play and sportsmanship.

Financial Assistance Program

Through the generosity of our supporters, we are able to offer partial and full scholarships to our Camps and Classes.  
If you are interested in receiving financial assistance, please fill out the form below.  

You will be asked to provide proof of income in the form of one of the following:
1. Federal tax form
2. One month of paychecks or paystubs
3. W-2
4. Social Security Benefit Statement or other government assistance benefit statement.

We will employ a formula to determine your eligibility that will take into account the number of children you sign up and your income.  The formula is based on federal poverty level guidelines.
