Rules of the Mountain

  • To prevent accidents from runaway equipment, Mt Ashwabay encourages proper retention devices. Brakes or leashes are strongly recommended on all skis and snowboards.
  • Helmets are not required, but are strongly recommended for all skiers and snowboarders. Though our "Mountain" might not be the biggest, safety is still our highest priority.
  • Ski Patrol is on duty whenever the lifts are operating. Please speak to any Ashwabay staff if you require assistance from Ski Patrol.
