Steve and I groomed and tracked: Anchor, Jolly Long, Seagull, Rollercoaster, Telford, Sugarbush Dog Trail, Birch Hill, Sugarbush Classic, Seagull Connector and Oppedahl's this morning.
Today we got the following trails groomed and tracked: Anchor, Jolly Long, Seagull, Rollercoaster, Telford, Sugarbush Dog Trail, Sugarbush Classic and Oppedahl's Alley. Some was starting to firm up pretty well, some was still a bit soft. Oh, and did I mention there is PLENTY OF SNOW out there!
Steve and I were able to get all the trails packed with the flat drag. With how soft it is and warming temps this afternoon, we will probably wait until tomorrow am to finish groom some of the trails. Good luck at the Birkie, otherwise if you are looking to ski tomorrow, we should have some of the trails fully groomed by then.
Between Mike last night and myself this morning, I think we (all 5 people that helped groom this snow) got all the trails groomed at least once since the bigger snow. A couple of the connector trails are a bit rough, but otherwise looked like things were starting to setup some this morning.
Bill and Steve got all the trails packed this morning. Bob and I worked on grooming, and got the core trails groomed and tracked, including: Anchor, Jolly Long, Seagull, Seagull Connector, Rollercoaster, Telford, Sugarbush Classic, and Sugarbush Dog Trail. With about 12 inches of new snow in 24 hours, and 4-6 inches more at the beginning of this system, the trails were still a bit soft after this grooming. Hopefully the cool temps overnight will help firm things up.
