Conditions on the Hill are shaping up nicely. We have gotten about a foot of natural snow, and our volunteer snowmaking team is working around the clock, and has put in well over 100 hours so far.
Unfortunately, the lifts won't be opening this weekend as planned, and we are postponing our opening date until Thursday, December 22nd. Check our calendar for more details! Cross country trails being groomed and tracked regularly, please remember to bring your season pass or pay the fee at the trail entrance! Fat bike trails have not been groomed yet, but we will post updates here as we get them. We are CLOSED for the season!
Downhill skiing and fatbiking trails are all closed until next winter. Nordic trails are in very poor shape, but were packed after this most recent snowfall. Our lifties are piling snow on the ramps, and the lifts will be opening at 9:30 and Spring Carnival events happening all day. This will be our last day the hill is open, so come get your last runs in!
I watched a bunch of folks head out on the Nordic trails this morning, and the snowpack is holding up well out there! Looking forward to some cooler temps next week to help keep those trails in shape. Due to warm weather, we are unsure if our lifts will be operating Saturday. Keep up to date here, and be sure to come out for Spring Carnival events all day!
We will be closed Sunday through summer. With the warm weather, and no school group or team coming tomorrow, the lifts will not be open Wednesday. Though the hill still has plenty of snow, we will not be opening until Friday in an attempt to help maintain plenty of base for the weekend.
Nordic trails are still in fine, though a little slushy, condition! See you Friday for our final Youth Night, and Saturday and Sunday for Spring Carnival events! |
